Category 1 Plots
- 5 Marla Development charges are 7,50,000 PKR
- 7 Marla Development charges are 8,50,000 PKR
- 10 Marla Development charges are 16,00,000 PKR
Category 2 Plots
- 12 Marla Development charges are 16,00,000 PKR
- 1 Kanal Development charges are 30,00,000 PKR
Discount on Development Charges
Based on early-bird discounts and lumpsum payments, a development charges discount is also available for 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 12 Marla, and 1 Kanal residential plots:
- 5 Marla Residential Plot Discounted Development charges are 6,00,000 PKR
- 10 Marla Residential Plot Discounted Development charges are 12,50,000 PKR
- 12 Marla Residential Plot Discounted Development Charges are 16,00,000 PKR
- 1 Kanal Residential Plot Discounted Development charges are 27,50,500 PKR

How to Pay Capital Smart City Development Charges?
- You can pay Smart City development charges via bank transfer to the official Capital Smart City designated account. Use your bank’s mobile app or online banking portal to transfer the amount.
- For overseas clients, use remittance or international bank transfers. Ensure the transaction includes your file details and contact Dastak for confirmation.
